Navigating Upwards is a transitional support program for forsaken youth who have aged out of group homes or foster care systems without the safety net most young adults rely on.

Founded by William Tyson, Jr. and developed in partnership with John A. Barner III, Navigating Upwards was born from a deep understanding that many young people — cast aside by the systems meant to protect them — are not lost causes. They are untapped potential. They are future leaders, creators, and contributors — if only given the tools, time, and trust.
